Fouts Construction Services Inc. has opened operations in Hawaii. We will be posting more information on the projects through out the islands in the near future.

Project: British Airways VIP Lounge 
Location: Seattle, WA
Size: 15,000 square feet 
General Contractor: Ledcor Construction 
Services: Installed public safety hoarding. Removed and reinstalled book-matched wood panels. Installed new doors and hardware. Other miscellaneous finish carpentry work. 
 
 Project: Clearwater Casino 
Owner: Suquamish Tribe 
Location: Suquamish, WA 
General Contractor: Aecon Buildings, Inc. 
Designer: Bergman Wall & Associates 
Services: Fabricated and installed all millwork, including casework and all running trim. 
  
Project: Fry’s Electronics Store #30 
Location: Renton, WA 
Size: 151,000 square feet 
General Contractor: Ledcor Construction 
Services: Supplied and installed all rough and finish carpentry work, doors and hardware, 
assorted millwork. Installed all owner-furnished granite and equipment.  
  
Project: Nisqually Red Winds Casino 
Owner: Nisqually Tribe 
Location: Nisqually, WA 
General Contractor: Aecon Buildings, Inc. 
Designer: Group West Associates 
Size: 15,000 square feet  
Services: Provided all rough carpentry for this expansion, including all sheathing and siding. 
  
Project: Point No Point Casino 
Owner: Port Gamble S'Klallam Tribe 
Location: Port Gamble, WA  
Size: 5,000 square feet 
Services: Built out new main entry. Rough carpentry throughout the facility. 
  
Project: Seattle University Student Union Building 
Location: Seattle, WA 
Size: 45,000 square feet, 3 stories 
Contractor: Baugh Construction 
Services: Installed all millwork, including all casework and false beam work. Work performed 
with union labor. 
  
Project: Spokane Tribal Administration Building 
Owner: Spokane Tribe 
Location: Wellpinit, WA 
Size: 40,000 square feet 
Contractor: J.E. Dunn 
Designer: Group West & Associates 
Services: Supplied and installed all doors frames and hardware. Installed all 
running trim and casework.  
  
Project: Wal-Mart Supercenter Expansion 
Location: Woodburn, OR 
Size: 200,000-sq.ft. expansion 
General Contractor: Aecon Buildings, Inc. 
Services: Provided all rough carpentry work. 
Installed miscellaneous metals, doors and hardware, and owner-furnished items.
